Thank you so very much for writing this. I’m also a female attorney and although I don’t get it as bad as you do, I get the same treatment a lot. What do we do? Report it and commit career suicide? We shouldn’t have to worry about that career suicide, we should be fucking respected for our skills, brains, expertise, but we aren’t. What can we do except trudge along proving ourselves until the day we die? Fuck them, you know why? Because they are old school assholes who have their heads so far up their behinds that they cannot see the field of law is changing and frankly, from what I see myself, women are becoming the dominant gender. They are scared and because of their rightfully placed fear, they are acting out. Keep your head up.
