Final Idea + Recipe
After making a poll for those who taste tested all 3 cookie idea generations I decided to bake the Coconut Raspberry Emergen-C Cookie. For the Final cookie I started off with a basic sugar cookie recipe and experimented with different proportions of ingredients. I added coconut water and freeze dried raspberries to the dough and before it hit the oven, I dusted the tops with a raspberry flavored Emergen-C vitamin drink mix.

Idea 1 Test
Rosé Pomegranate White Chocolate Cookie
This cookie was inspired by a glass of Rosé in hand.Using a standard sugar cookie recipe, I added Rosé and fresh pomegranate seeds as well as white chocolate chips. Overall these cookies turned out well many taste testers preferred the final coconut raspberry Emergen-C cookie.

Idea 2 Test
Nacho Cookie
This cookie was inspired by a late night snack. Where there is a plate of tortilla chips and cheese melted on top in the microwave. This cookie started with a sugar cookie base with a handful of shredded Colby Jack Cheese mixed in and some slightly crushed tortilla chips. Although the cookie was not the best tasting one, the main critique was the texture.

Iteration
Throughout the baking process all the cookies made started with the same base recipe. With many people enjoying the Coconut Raspberry Emergen-C Cookie I decided to re-make it with different proportions of the added ingredients. One of the critiques were that it was too sweet. So I reduced the amount of sugar. I also didn't add as much coconut water and decided to bake with the Emergen-C packet sprinkled on top. This made the cookie the right amount of sweetness but turned the cookie to a muffin like texture.
