My Mission Of Getting TALL

I have been struggling with my height for like 4 years now. my height got stuck. but I found an interesting and not so hard strategy. and in this story I am gonna tell you about it. So, let’s get TALL with this Strategy.

I think, you have already guess my height from title. Yes I am short. Are you to? In addition I am not in that age(10–18 yrs) where I can grow my height. Are you to? My height is my biggest insecurity. Does your to?

However I decided to grow taller and after a lot of struggle I made a strategy which will help to grow tall. Actually it is a Challenge.

Let me expose you to the challenge, 80 days challenge. In which we will be having whole schedule of Exercise, diet/ food, and some secret tricks that I devised. Let’s start.

1. Exercise

The first is obviously Exercise, In order to grow height. We need to keep our body active/ working (physical movement). Here are some Asans/ Exercise which will be helpful to grow taller. These are actually stretching poses, which Will be better for your posture to. Focus on inhale and exhale while stretching.

1. Downward facing Dog Pose/ Adho makha svansana.

Put your hands and foot on ground parallel to each other and stretch them as much as you can. These pose stretch lower part of your spine and Popliteal fossa( back of knee). Take break and do again.(10 min)

2. Triangle pose/ Trikonsana

Front foot 90°, keep head inline with the lower leg hold as long as possible and repeat other side. Try deep ingale nad exhale. Don’t force.(5 min)

3. Mountain pose/Tadasana

Raise heel as high as possible. Try to walk while raising heel high. Take 1 min break and try again. Deep inhale and exhale.(8–10 min)

4. Upward facing Dog Pose/Urdhvamukha Savna

Keep the knees and thighs off the ground and hand perpendicular to shoulder. Try as long as possible. This is best for better posture. It straight up the spine.(5min)

5. Hanging.

Hanging is found the best way to get tall. Hanging put pressure on muscle and bones of upper body. and The Best part is hanging 2–3 minute is more than enough.

you can do this exercises in order to grow taller. These are best found Exercises/ Asans. here are some others exercises for getting TALL.

  1. Cobra Stretch.
  2. Camel Pose.
  3. Cycling.
  4. Seated Forward Bend.
  5. Loctus Pose.
  6. Surya Namaskar.
  7. Jumping and Skipping.

The Best Time to do Exercise

Of course, Morning is the best time for everything, it is the most productive time of one’s day. It is also the best time to do exercises to. You can do Stretching after jogging or another activity. morning is the best time to do Stretching.

Other is Night, just before sleep you can do these exercises for like 10 minutes. As height grow while sleeping.

Another is in between breaks. Whenever you feel lethargic or weary just do stretching. It just shhu away the laziness. It is so effective. Believe me.

2. Food/ Diet

Diet and height is directly related to each other. A good and organic diet provide sufficient amount of protein, vitamins and micronutrients to body which ultimately help to grow taller. A proper diet help to grow more hormones, pilates and bones.

Before starting I would like to tell you please take sufficient amount of Iron. As iron depend on the rate of fall in hemoglobin. hemoglobin carry oxygen through our body. Lack of iron can result in physical exertion leads to shortness of breath. And person complains of fatigue and feel lethargic.

1. Eggs

As you know eggs is rich in protein biotin and iron. Intake of egg is beneficial for our body. It is better to consume boiled egg rather than any other form because it is in its natural form.

2. Dairy and Dairy products

Milk is rich in protein, lactose and calcium. You can consume milk in any form. Milk is a proper diet. Milk is best for bones and even teeth. Another dairy products is yogurt. It is rich in protein, calcium and probiotics. Yogurt offer protection for teeth and bones. It is important to consume one small bowl once a day. You can add fruits or peanuts as topping. It is healthy as well as tasty choice.

3. Fruits

Fruits, there are immense fruit in the market and it have immense benefits also. Every fruit have its own taste and own properties. fruit is good for skin also.(I love to eat fruit and till date I don’t have any pimple on my face). Make your habit to eat fruit daily.

4. Whole Grains

Whole grains are the main source of energy. But it also provide many nutrients and vitamins to body. Grains provide energy to our muscles and make them strong. Grains are important source in order to exist.

5. Green Leafy Vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are good for eyes as well as for body cells( prevent any damage to cells). But green leafy vegetables also contain some micronutrients which are great for our body. ( spinach contain so much iron in it).

Food to Avoid

It is found that sugar is not god for health. Extreme intake of sugar can even lead to several disease like diabetes, Obesity and heart disease. Overconsumption of salt is also bad for health. Avoid junk food, street food and unhealthy food.

Try to take proper diet. You can consume these once in week or 15 days but you need to maintain balance between junk and healthy food.

3. Secret Tip

Subconscious mind yes subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is so powerful that it can convert your dreams into reality. You need to learn how to control your subconscious mind and that’s it. What you have to do is pick a Pen and paper and start writing I am 6'feet tall or desired height you want. Imagine yourself as a grown and tall person and think people are praising you for being so tall. and yes this works. This actually work. Try this.

Before ending this article I would like to say about a principle of consistency. You will only see your results when you will regularly following these tips and be motivated toward betterment of your body. do this daily for next 80 days and see the results.
