Medium and iPad Editing Workaround

A really easy and quick workaround

But first — A huge thank you to Evan Williams and Biz Stone for founding Medium. And of course, thank you to the Medium team.

I am sure easy editing on the iPad and iPhone is coming soon.

In the meantime here is an easy workaround that works well for me:

Download the Medium App onto your iPad.

Then …..

On iPad

1. Write the article using iPad’s Notes.
2. Copy the article.

On Medium App on iPad

3. Paste the article into the drafting area of the Medium App on your iPad.

4. Fix the fonts for the title and subtitle.

5. Adjust the gaps between the title, subtitle and paragraphs.

6. Click Publish.

Go to your desktop

7. Use Firefox to go to Medium (Firefox works for me when editing).

8. Login and go to your article.

9. Edit if necessary.

10.Click Publish.

Done!

The above steps only take a few seconds.

All strength to Medium going forward.
