My biggest fear is fear itself. I’m terrified of being afraid. Afraid to say yes and afraid to say no. Afraid to move forward and afraid to step back. Afraid to die and afraid to live. I’m terrified that I’ll wind up standing with my feet stuck in cement because I was too afraid to make a decision one way or another.

I can relate to that. It causes a big zero at the end. Some say action is the best remedy for it. I think the best remedy is digging deeper inside to find the reason. When we discover the root thought, we may build counter thoughts and actions. All the best!
