Wherever you are, I would just want to be the last thing you think of before you slip into the loving arms of sleep at night. That is what I’d want for real. It’d would flatter me, give me a reason to put my step stronger on the ground.
I would want my name to be the most vulnerable secret in your lips that would come out as a deep, sincere prayer with tears of gratitude -but only if you had to let it out for some reason.
I would want your memories of me not fading away as you rush in the long and difficult years of life, crowded with permanent and impermanent persons around.
After all, I would just want to know that you ARE happy, wherever you are, in whatever you do. Nothing else would matter. Oct. 6, 2016
