Be it as it may…..this sounds like the beginnings of a false crisis that eventually almost ALWAYS ends up in the filthy hands of the U.S. Federal Government…..that's how it works for our ruling class….find something lucrative, villainize it, take control of it and regulate it……Local, state and federal agencies have been trying for quite some time to get their claws into this….and race is the hot ticket right now……..doesn’t matter what it is as long as it’s lucrative…oil, plastic water bottles, cell phones, taxes on tire and battery disposal, guns,highway tolls, college education….can you say Uber????
