I have another.

for those of us with fibrofog, we need to travel at our own pace. while my longtime preference is travelling with lots of driving, i now find that my mind, as well as my body, cannot handle this anymore. what I have discovered works for me now, is to settle in one central place, and just play it by ear — day trips when I feel up to it, or walking around — so that when I’m tired and sore, I can easily head for my bed (and heating pad)If I’m travelling with someone else, they can go off and do whatever works for them — . my husband and I like it when he goes walking in the morning and comes back when I’m waking up with fresh bread — or croissants or whatever — and tells me his adventures. then the afternoon is for us to do stuff together,
