I hope you’re wrong about the numbers — I’m white and a lot of the white people I know easily acknowledge racism in their day to day lives.
then again, some don’t.
I seem to spend a lot of time these days talking about my Muslim friends. about their integrity, life experiences, humanity. about what I’ve seen happen at times, when whites interview people different than themselves for jobs. often when I talk about this, it isn’t very well-received. but that’s all you can do.
