“I dont need to convince you, or anyone else of what I believe to be truth.”
Victoria Lamb Hatch

All known scientific inquiry begins with a hypothesis based on observations or imagination.

The earth was once believed to be flat, so they tell us.

Our president told us that there were weapons of mass destruction in the middle east.

Turns out that was a lie.

Presidents and people on all levels of politics assert they will do this and so if elected.

Truth becomes evident when the promises dont materialize…with dozens of excuses as to why.

Critcal thinkers reach conclusions based on history, real time observations and assessing data speaking to an issue at hand.

So, nope, no hard and fast evidence that my truth is accurate…any more than circumstantial evidence is used to convict in a court proceeding.
