Black People: Our Humanity Is Inherent; It Doesn’t Need Approval

You, ot anyone else, does not need to prove your humanity to me, or anyone else, for that matter.

I deeply appreciate your assertion that anyone who needs such a justification is best removed from your list of friends and maybe acquaintances.

There are many people who will accept us just as we are, who will love us for who we are rather than our skin color, job or any other false measure of what it means to be human.

I love this acronym…

I don’t have to..

J- ustify

A-rgue

D-efend

E-xplain or

D-eny who I am, why I feel or act the way I do, to anyone, at any time, unless U so choose.

I wake up each day wondering what goodness I can give back to my world.

Coming from this place if consciousness leaves me free to enjoy life.
