Some Community Colleges have the CNC machines available to use once you take a course on safety and how to use the equipment. You supply the material and cut your design. Perhaps contacting someone at your local school can offer suggestions. My son took this course at his local school in Baltimore so he could use the 3D printers and the CNC equipment. Good luck.
