“All the Light We Cannot See” by Anthony Doer

“A Cutting for Stone” by Abraham Verghese

“The Poisonwood Bible” by Barbara Kingsolver ( I did not care for her other books)

And of course, if you have not read Toni Morrison you are in for a treat! “Beloved” and “Song of Solomon” are favorites on mine.

From your above list I have read “The Nightingale” and “The China Study”and thought both were excellent. If you enjoy “The China Study” you might also like “The Ominvore’s Dilemma” by Michael Pollan.

Thanks for the list and reviews. I am always searching for more books.
