I Did a 3 Day Water-Only Fast (and This Is What I Loved and Hated About the Experience)

I’m a fairly experienced in intermittent fasting.

Ever since I got a hold of Dr Sinclair’s book — “Lifespan: Why We Age — and Why We Don’t Have To”, I’ve been vested in unlocking the secrets of aging and health.

I start my day at 8am with two freshly brewed espresso shots followed by eight different supplements pills…

…and that’s about it until 4pm,

when my ‘feeding window’ begins, during which I eat as much as I want for the next 6 hours.

The world of bio-hacking

— thanks to brains like Wim Hof, and Dr. Huberman — has become a thriving community.

Sure, there are skeptics, but for me, it’s something I’ve been fascinated with.

From tracking my sleep,

stacking supplements,

to monitoring my everyday diet…

…I’ve made significant changes in my lifestyle to wield control over my health, how I age and feel.

After all, self experimentation is what — bio-hacking is about.

And having adopted a routine intermittent fasting for my everyday life, I felt ready to embark on an extended fasting…
