Sweet! This isn’t a slow-cooker meal at all, but next time you get the urge, a very inexpensive and easy way to do chicken is to dump it in a frying pan with half a bottle or so of balsamic vinaigrette and let it cook for 7ish minutes on each side, then use whatever of the dressing leftover as a sauce for rice. I do it a lot because I’m cheap and lazy and lack the planning ability to use a slow-cooker effectively.
