Good post Raman. Surely countries can borrow the experience of other nations and can adapt it to their context. As a matter of fact, Singapore does that a lot. Although you have mentioned Globalization transcend beyond culture, it is the culture of a nation which probably fuels the path and sets the pace. Singapore always tries to stay at the forefront of technology and leverage various opportunities associated with this.
