Every Plant, Ever

It’s a lot of plant stickers for iMessage!
This is the sticker pack to buy when you really just want a lot of a thing, like 250 of a thing. (Yes, Every Plant, Ever is a hyperbole. According to Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, in the UK, there are 391,000 known species of plants. But there’s no reason we couldn’t make that many someday!) Claire Dierksen has been working for the past 2 years on this standardized set of plant illustrations. So far, there are:
- 55 kinds of peppers
- 14 kinds of mushrooms
- 34 different herbs
- 140 fruits & veggies
The project originally started to help out another project, FarmBot. FarmBot’s founder, Rory Aronson, had big dreams of users being able to find a custom icon of any plant, no matter how obscure, when they built their digital gardens. Claire decided to rise up to that challenge, and kinda just never stopped making plants after that.
The sticker pack itself was built by Ryan McLeod (yep, the same guy who made Apple Design Award winning Blackbox) as a fun gift for Claire to help get her hard work and plants out into the world.
