Voting platform using the Polys blockchain
Mar 1 · 1 min read

The Russian company Kaspersky Lab introduced a prototype voting platform using the Polys blockchain.

The system allows you to vote both remotely and at a electoral district. The process is carried out among verified voters — they are provided with a unique QR code or token, which is then scanned. The user votes through the Polys Voting Machine, after which the votes are automatically encrypted and counted.

Using a web application, users can verify that their voice has been stored in a distributed database (DLT) on condition of anonymity.

Polys is a project of Kaspersky Innovation Hub.
