Reminds me of the first day of a silent meditation retreat I attended — hours in to sitting and meditating, the person sitting next to me started sighing every minute or two.
It irritated me more and more. How am I supposed to still my mind with all this sighing going on — day after day — 10 days of listening to sighing!

So true. There does seem to be a switch that gets toggled at X hours per day working. Have had that happen both working as an entrepreneur and as an individual contributor at companies (in the latter case, when in crunch mode / working on urgent items late at night).
