This isn’t just Graham’s personal opinion. The four relevant intelligence agencies agree, and 98 Senators voted that it warranted sanctions. It’s one of very few highly-bipartisan votes that have occurred this session.
It’s time we acknowledge that foreign interference will probably become a part of every election in the foreseeable future. Fortunately our intel agencies aren’t as indifferent as our President. States and party headquarters need to plan for increased defensive and mitigation measures next year.
