It’s summertime and everyone’s looking for a low budget vacation that isn’t traditionally ‘touristic’. Coffee-tourism is a great alternative! They’re not only a fun way to learn about the process of coffee production, but also a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in local communities! Plus, you’ll never look at coffee the same way once you have the experience of working in these farms. Here are our 5 picks of coffee farming communities where you can spend around a week (or more) enjoying some pristine scenery and contributing in the farms and learning about the process of coffee production:
