Thank you so much for attention to our children., and their parents! That is just great.

I have real questions about the mental health/illness budget, or craze. Many situations would not arise if: people had safe and affordable homes. Reliable employment. Support system of friends, teachers or/and family. (Many families now are broken in some way.,) Spiritual or faith group. Targeting what are ‘vulnerable’populations, who lack in one or more of these categories, furthers the class divide., and doesn’t address the problems of non-connection. People who have college degrees most often do not understand nor have been through, the circumstances of the poor. and vulnerable. These situations would be better addressed by a decentralized system which doesn’t seek to medicate nor imprison, label, but works on neighborhood cooperation with the vulnerable to free and advance their lives.
