Tattoo’s in the Workplace

Studies say that about 40 percent of millennials have at least one tattoo. As we see tattoos on the rise, the workplace is having to adapt to these changes. Some places still do not allow visible tattoos in the workplace, however more places are beginning to allow their employees to display appropriate tattoos. While some people view tattoos as simply artistic expressions, others, such as some employers, view it as unprofessional.
