Honing in or setting out?

I love this post, and agree that it is hugely important. In my experience, I’d say there are (1) problem solvers (figuring out a solution to a problem, getting to P-M fit etc), (2) initial solution builders, and (3) and optimizers. After some indication that you have P-M fit, there is a LOT of work to build out basic functionality, and basic processes beyond just product (billing, support/help, on boarding flows, free trial etc etc etc) — I think this is a specific skill set that is a bit different from the optimizers, who take something that is working, and, well, optimize with A/B, experiments, growth features etc etc…..
