How Long Should You Sleep at Night?

Old age is when you need the least sleep of all according to sleep researchers. With just 7 to 8 hours per night required, you’ll have plenty of time to relax and enjoy your day. It is said that even 5 hours of sleep at night is ok if you plan on napping throughout the day.
