For the record, I don’t believe in UFO’s, nor the 9/11 government conspiracy. I believe Oswald acted alone, and that Obama was born in the USA, and find election rigging an amusing plot line in a TV show about a president that sleeps with his adviser, nothing resembling reality. I also think that Trump is a combination of megalomaniac, psychopath and sociopath, and isn’t fit to run a hot dog stand, let alone a country.

I also don’t think it’s unreasonable for people in positions of influence to want to control the narrative to meet a certain goal. Clinton’s campaign team strategy was indeed to maximize the chances of Trump winning the nomination, and to use the press to that end. I see no reason why members of the left-leaning press wouldn’t participate in the narrative, any more than members of the right-leaning press would make a similar move the other way.

To think that there hasn’t been a strategy and method to the (justified) character execution of Trump is naive.
