● Scalable Network Infrastructure: With the RaptorQ fountain code, Harmony can deploy blocks quickly or over the network using the Adaptive Information Dissemination Algorithm. Harmony has also adopted cross-piece operations that scale the Kademlia orientation [37] logarithmically to the number of fractures.
● Consistent Cross Cutting: Harmony supports cross cutting operations that communicate directly with each other. An atomic locking mechanism is used to ensure the consistency of inter-component operations.
