The Roller Coaster

This is my first blog ever, so I would like to first introduce myself.

My name is Dalaka, I am a social entrepreneur and I’d like to share my views on how things work in general. Naturally, you might agree or disagree with me, because all of what I’ll be sharing represents my own perspective, rather than objective reality.

I believe that entrepreneurship is a philosophy by which people choose to live their lives and the path to success (which is subjective for every individual) lies upon the lessons we learn throughout. For me, the best analogy for human life is a roller coaster. And this blog is just about that.

At each and every moment of the ride you experience different emotions and at very different intensity and always the bigger the ascend the steeper the fall.

The “roller coaster” fearsome yet exciting, lifts you above what you ever dreamt of and than almost crashes you. That “almost” is the greatest experience of all. It is the only way to really get to know thyself. And like a real roller coaster only after several downfalls you realize that its only “almost” and the higher ascend is about to start.

Every inch of the ride unfolds a slightly different view at the road, a little bit of a different perspective, a state in the space-time. What I’ve come to believe, is that just like a roller coaster everybody constantly advances a little bit, hardens by all the experience they’ve acquired before, on the highs and lows of the past.

Me as all of you have been on both extreme ends of the elevation and I’m sure there are more to come.

That’s why I’d like to share one of the best advices I’ve ever received — just enjoy the ride!
