Miley Cyrus: Making Good Out of the Bad
Miley Cyrus has always been able to stay in the spotlight. One thing that helped her do this was being able to make something good out of a bad situation. In 2009 Cyrus and Liam Hamsworth met on the set of The Last Song and started dating shortly after. Fours year later after their off-again-on-again relationship they announced their engagement. But, in September of 2013 Cyrus and Hemsworth call off their engagement, soon after Cyrus starts her rebellion (supposedly as reaction to the break up) with her don’t care attitude.
Many people think that one of her newer albums, Bangerz was about her breakup with Liam Hemsworth. This album was one of her most popular albums selling more than 270,000 copies. Bangerz became Cyrus’ Fifth non-consecutive album to reach number one. It also received a nomination for a Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album. Cyrus admits that her break up with Hemsworth gave her the inspiration to write “Adore You” and “Wrecking Ball” (two of her most popular songs), clearly making a bad break-up into a better situation.
