Welcome to the Bella Terra experience! We are very excited to present this new traveling option to you. As G. K. Chesterton said, there is a big difference between a tourist and a traveler. The tourist makes a list of places to visit and pictures to take and crosses them off his list. A traveler seeks to discover the idiosyncrasies of a place, the culture and the customs of its people, what makes their culture unique. At Bella Terra we offer you the opportunity of such a journey, of discovery and growth as a traveler.

I have always felt the force of attraction exerted by the siren song of travelling in me. Ever since I was a young child I had yearned to see new places, experience new cultures, meet people that are different from me. I have been fortunate that my professional life (I'm an engineer) took me to several countries for work. My best experience in these places came when I was able to live with their people, share food with them, visit with them. At Bella Terra we want to make such experiences possible for you. You’ll have the chance to experience places as a native and see the world from a new perspective.

However, while we travel we would also like to improve the world as we go. For that reason, we offer our travelers the opportunity to designate a charity or non profit organization for us to donate a portion of our profits.
