Leaning expedition — note to team #1

A 3-day workshop on Relationship System Intelligence in Florida.

This workshop, through different exercises, helped us to extend our understanding of the fear of loosing control that is present at the top of the corporate pyramid.

In addition, the team experimented a shift in energy during those 3 days.

The 3 main learning we had:

1. The tricky dance between Ego & Team: during a deep democracy process we explored how the ego can limit the team’s expansion: fear, guilt, FOMO are the classical beliefs on the road of respons-ability.
2. The parallel process — what’s happening in the room is a mirror of what’s happening in everyday life.
3. Body & Mind — there is no separation! In a digital world, we saw that face-to-face communication is crucial to strengthen the bonds between individuals and we even believe that there may be another way.
