Based on above its easy to see how and why HR and clueless top brass equates a senior engineer’s job as swappable as an orange-picker in the fruit orchards. Cookie cutters. Robotic. We still treat engineers as “resource bodies” that is fungsible and robotic, expected to fullfill his/her master’s command.
No role or job acclimatization for new hire expected.
