The cup tippeth over and has goneth nuclear

As always this is written for my own therapeutic use but feel free to take something away from it.

Hey you, it’s me. Question for you.

At what point must we wait until we decide to take a chance on ourselves?

Do we wait until we reach critical mass? It would be safe to assume that would be the case because by definition that is what it takes to “to start or maintain a venture.” Props to Dictionary.com for the info.

There is also another definition, probably the more preferable definition in my eyes, that pertains to nuclear reactions. Critical mass is…

the minimum amount of fissile material needed to maintain a nuclear chain reaction

I think I prefer this because it makes what we are doing some so much more freaking dynamic. Not just “maintaining” but going NUCLEAR!!

How awesome is that? Same term, two vastly different meanings.

I digress. So What will it take you to go nuclear? What life event has to drive headfirst into you for you to take action?

You have been stocking up “fissile material” (again dictionary.com) for quite some time through your experiences. Go back through them and you’ll see they are there.

Time to put it to use. Reach critical mass. Hit that tipping point. Stop giving a damn about the noise and start giving a damn about what it is you going nuclear* for.

Note I said nuclear. Stop chasing the small fireworks like “histlin’ bungholes, spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker don’ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistlin’ kitty chaser”. (Compliments to Joe Dirt for the fireworks references).

Nuclear is big. Just about as big as you need to go. Fill the cup, boil the water, hit critical mass, (insert other metaphor here).

You got this.
