Likely False. Anger releases cortisol which is a stress hormone. There are serious health risks if this is in your system on an ongoing basis. Our fight-or-flight reflexes (extreme anger and fear) are there from an evolutionary standpoint to protect us from mortal threats like wild animals. The energy bursts can be addictive and create new risks if not used sparingly.
