You appear to be framing your critics as haters instead of the genuinely dissatisfied customers they likely are. I bought an expensive contract tool from you which turned out to be utterly devoid of insight for me. It was a repackaging of what already exists as free or vastly cheaper resources elsewhere. Your marketing was well done except that it misled me. Turns out I had better tools already. When I asked for a refund you refused. 👏
