There is no such outcry because having black or other non-white actors playing previously white roles, that occurrence is statistically very, very low. Statistically, having white actors play black or Asian roles is much, much higher, for example, Scarlett Johansson playing Motoko Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell and Laurence Olivier playing Othello.
