Interesting to see what’s going on in a big startup like Spotify. I’ve worked with teams to try and build common guidelines and when I saw the team photo of your GLUE team I almost choked. HOW many people? ;) It’s great though, I’m sure investing in consistency in that way will pay huge dividends in the long term. Well done!
