Love the sub title to this “Fear less, Fail more and Live Bolder”.

‘Brave, Not Perfect’ by Reshma Saujani made me think again about how we are bringing up my daughter and continue to encourage her and my son that they can do anything they put their mind to. There are reminders in this book of how ‘we are not our thoughts’ and to not let the primitive parts of brains restrict ourselves — push through the doubt and do it anyway.
