Thank you for a very interesting and thought provoking article. I’d counter somewhat in suggesting that the importance of mobile will vary, quite significantly between businesses.
I’d also be interested to hear your thoughts on the nature of content consumed on mobile: short vs long form; images vs text.
And are most businesses opting to invest in a dynamic website that generates one ‘view’ for mobile and a drastically (brand allowing!) ‘View’ for desktop?
