This is a great article. You could highlight the savings in terms of costs and carbon emissions of not having to book a place in an office. (and to those who say that you would still need the same amount of electricity to work from home than from an office, you could say: think again.)
There is an obvious counter-argument, which evolves around the idea of sociability. And I think it would be interesting to investigate the question of how much social integration (defined appropriately) working in an office brings compared to other means of social integration made possible by working from home.
There are data about both counterfactuals.
