Balki, this is great. I really enjoyed reading and appreciate you sharing!

Currently I’d consider my company what you defined as remote-friendly. I’d love to shift towards a remote-first culture, while not devaluing time spent in person. I think you’ve struck a nice balance here and with your permission I will use the PayTrace remote-first manifesto as a starting point for our own.
