You can view the same event or occurrence in many different ways. Much of what determines how you perceive an interaction is based on how you were feeling before it happened, the thoughts that were in your head, if you were tired or hungry or just in a generally good mood.
It is hard therefore to remove those preconceptions and judge a single event in that moment. It takes intention to step back and review objectively, and with so many things happening in a day its impossible to take the time and care to do that with everything.
But how do you identify and act upon those important moments, making sure that they are treated with the care that they are due?
