And clapping manages to be refined, yet not stuffily academic. Recommend, is for pundits, and poobahs. cClapping is what we do for performances. And, best of all, we can go back and clap some more. There, I added 7. I get to wonder: even or odd, one digit or two. And the sound of the applause, stupendous. We can stand out in the crowd.
Besides, dear ones, they are free. It doesn’t cost to clap. Why, oh why, is showing appreciation such a difficult thing. We all ache for it yet we are stingy beyond reason in doling it out. This is not a zero sum, cold war, cigar smoked back room, wheel of a deal. This is just way to say thank you, or I got something from that, or I know what it takes to write, I know the courage required to take a stand.
This is what we want more of in our Twitverse, right? So clap, make some noise, let them know. It’s free and it feels good.
Cheers,
B
