Unconscious Tears

Have you ever had a weird feeling that you can’t put a word to it. Yeah sometimes things happen to us or how we react to the situations around us. Without being conscious or taking notice of how we respond to the situations that occur in the past, there is a part of us that records our every response and gives it a perception to give it meaning. That part is the subconscious mind.

I personally recommend the book- Gut Feelings by-Dr. Will Cole one of the best so far.

Why do we sometimes feel like crying without any pain or problem?

The feeling of crying without knowing the problem is mostly due to a lack of resonance between your real-life actions and what you expect of yourself to be or do. It is like doing something you know is wrong and deep down you try to suppress it, with time the feeling gets compounded, without us being conscious about the things happening we try blocking the feeling by numbing ourselves with various things. At certain points in time the feeling seeps out into the conscious mind and we can now feel that there is something not right, and we get to a feeling we can not describe or find a reason to it until we are willing to confront the emotions and introspect the feeling.

Feelings are there to direct us, they give us feedback regarding what we are doing or did. When we feel good it means we are doing or did something right and a feeling of bad means we did or are doing something we regard not as good.

Don’t hide from your feelings embrace the present, forgive the past.
