Overnight Hemp Seed Cereal (Overnight Oatmeal)

5 minute Prep Time
NOTE: For firmer raisins, mix raisins into your overnight oats the following day.
¼ cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
½ tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ cup unsweetened soy milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon raisins
Add all the ingredients to a mason jar.
Give it a good stir and place it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, enjoy!
