Mayor McCheese Dead

Mayor of McDonaldland eaten alive by homeless person. Death shocks city and the world.

Mayor McCheese, the beloved and popular Mayor of McDonaldland, CA, was tragically killed today when a homeless man came up to the Mayor and ate him alive.

The incident took place after the Mayor gave a press conference in regards to the continuing search of the Hamburglur, who has been on the run since his attempted assassination of Ronald McDonald back in March.

After assuring reporters that McDonaldland police were closer than ever to finding the Hamburglur’s whereabouts, a homeless person named Don bit into the Mayor’s head as he was about to step into his limo.

“I was hungry,” said Don, who refused to give out his last name. “Nobody spared me any change, so I decided that the only way I was gonna eat was to eat the Mayor’s head”.

The Mayor was rushed to McDonaldland Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. A memorial service will be announced later this week.

Charles Chester McCheese was born in McDonaldland on May 23, 1968. While attending Ronald McDonald High School, Mr. McCheese developed a passion for politics, joining the debate club and winning the election for his school’s ASB President his senior year. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Master’s in Government from Georgetown University. While at Harvard, Mr. McCheese became a leader of the Cheesey party, a center-left party based on the fundamental belief that America needs to make their own cheese at home rather than buy cheese from other countries.

Mr. McCheese’s first foray into elected office was his election to the McDonaldland City Council in 1996. He ran unsuccessfully for Mayor of McDonaldland in 1999 against Mr. Potatoehead, but went on to win the 2003 Mayoral race and was elected again in 2007 and 2011.

Mr. McCheese has recently ruled out running again in 2015, fueling speculation that he was planning a third-party campaign for the presidency. He leaves behind a wife of twenty years and two children.

In a statement, Ronald McDonald expressed his deep remorse.

“Our city has lost an amazing mayor,” said Mr. McDonald. “The economy has improved dramatically during his time in office. Not only have we lost a great leader, but we have also lost a great friend.”

Don has been kept at the McDonaldland Psychriatic Center for the Criminally Insane since his involuntary decision. The office of Attorney General Brandon McGuffin has said they would not decide their punishment against Don until after the funeral.
