I think this is where the line is a little grey, when we look at platforms in a digital space they are essentially products, the definition between a physical product a digital one or even a service has not been really defined.

I do agree with you in the traditional sense of the term, however with the evolution of less tangible products how can we distinguish, a good example would be more ai and vr are these products or services?
