  1. I would like to stress “…a month or two” here. When dealing with burnout I think this is even to be considered short.
  2. Taking a step back for this amount of time is very hard when your habits are optimized for doing stuff. Don’t underestimate how hard this is. Getting help from others is likely required.
  3. Also, I recommend seeing a professional. Burnout in laymen’s terms is used to describe a variety of disorders. Not all of them necessarily call for the same treatment.
