I don’t know if running is the good response to something like this. I think the right think to do is apply anyway, and discuss this with the people at the company and explain your point of view.

As you said, these words are buzz-words, the meaning behind them is not always clear, not always the same. The job could be a great fit despite the poor wording of the job posting.
