Life experiences;
What a great teacher to man,
Of how it feels to God Himself;
When they show me love and recognition
'cause of some goodies handed out to
 them,
And despised and unrecognized when
 nothing is available for them;
Then,for sure it signifies,
That me,they Value Not,
But that which they can get from me,
This,heartily they Value.
After the very similitude,
Of the man or woman,
Who with you will abide,
As long as the abundance is in view,
And go away when you are dried out.

Such are happenings in life,
That God on Himself mirrors too,
Wanting us to love Him for who He is,
Never for what He can give us,
Compelling Him to teach us,
And so great a teacher He is,
Knowing well to draw man's heart from
 the blessing,
That on the Blesser the heart be anchored
Even as Habakkuked so long ago,
A lesson unto us remaining:

Though the fig tree may not blossom,
Nor fruit be on the vines;
Though the labour of the olive may fail,
And the fields yield no food;
Though the flock may be cut off from
 from the fold,
And there be no herd in the stalls -
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy In the God of my salvation.

For indeed the temptation is there,
For us to value the blessing,
And to follow the bread and not the giver.

And in life,
There appears that person who comes
 to you for you,
And another who may come
 for what you have,
And disappear when it is all not there;
Then yet another who comes
 for what you have,
And still abides even when you run
 aground,
 Unconditional love proving to you.
